I don’t know what the thought-leaf meditation thing is. This is just something that’s helped us keep our boundaries.

thoughts come in terms of ideas for me....I can't lay thoughts out infront of me...a thought is either in my head or it is not....and when it is, it takes my entire consciousness

I don't have a multi-screen setup, and I can bring more tabs into the screen, but to do so, each tab gets smaller and smaller

I'm pretty sure the thing he means is that his "scene" is one big headspace and he imagines the thoughts he has as clouds in the same scene

and after about 2 or 3 ideas I no longer can handle advanced details...I might have a lemon and a chair and a moon and a rifle and a computer

ok now there are random ass tanks landing on the beach below us...(the bunker is a D-day kind of bunker)

I like to think anything weird happening that I didn't plan (unless I'm exploring the Wonderland) is just a random stray thought and go straight back to what I was doing

come on we need to destroy them [ok.........] I open the steel door at the back of the bunker and open a wooden crate....there are RPGs inside...I grab an RPG and hand it to her...she accepts it very mechanically...I grab another and run around the side of the bunker... Ikari on me [ok........]follows like a robot

have you ever seen an anime where there's like a cold girl who acts very disconnected and purely logic based? like a computer with a himan body? that's how Ikari is acting right now...which I guess is basically calm and collected but way on the extreme

I line up the shot on one of the Sherman tanks landing from the craft...I pull the trigger and at the same time she fires with me....two rockets streak towards the tank and strike it, instantly destroying it [Impact..........target destroyed........]staring blankly at the burning hulk I'm already reloading Ikari, get a new rocket in the RPG

The server is for discussion and conversation rather than constant roleplay, especially by single accounts. If you do want to roleplay, there are actually tulpa servers specifically meant for that - and it can be done in PM without putting off other individuals that arrive and want to ask questions.

I'm not really sure what questions to start asking, but I'd like guidance if anyone can offer it. I've already tried to make a tulpa within the past few months. I believe I made some decent progress, though a week or two ago, maybe a bit longer, it kinda felt like my tulpa disappeared. This happened to coincide with what I can only think to call a series of mood shifts I underwent. Before this, I was able to bring up my tulpa by thinking about him and feel that he was present. Now he just feels generally absent, and I'm not sure whether it's me, him, or some other factor causing this.

Perhaps not something that would necessarily happen, but not too unexpected either.

The most likely explanation is simply to do with how the brain reinforces connections between neurons - repetition. Compare it to practicing an instrument, or learning a topic. Repeating that information or repeating the motions reinforces it in the brain, whereas not practicing or reinforcing the information can lead to losing some recollection or capability of doing the task, particularly if there was distraction during the midway point.

That is a possible explanation, at the least.

I do feel that I was in an early-mid stage of developing my tulpa. I don't believe that I had made much progress with either parallel processing or visualization

In either case... perhaps taking a few steps back and working from there may be a good step to take.

So perhaps back to narration to bring the focus back onto them?
